This Privacy Policy explains how the AFL Turnuva app ("the app", "we", "us") handles your information. AFL Turnuva is a Swiss-system chess tournament manager developed by Metin Demirel.
1. Data Stored on Your Device
AFL Turnuva stores the tournaments, players, rounds, results, and settings you create directly on your device. This information is yours and remains under your control.
2. Information We Do Not Collect
The app does not require an account and does not ask for personal identifying information such as your name, email address, or phone number in order to function. The player names you enter are stored only on your device.
3. No Network Connection
The app makes no network connections of any kind. It contains no analytics libraries, no advertising frameworks, and no third-party SDKs. Your tournament data is never transmitted anywhere.
4. Files You Export
Entry lists, pairing sheets, and standings that you export as PDF are written to your device. They are shared only when you choose a destination yourself in the system share sheet, for example to print, save to Files, or send to another app. The app does not upload them.
5. Analytics and Diagnostics
Apple may provide us with aggregated, anonymous statistics about app usage and crashes through App Store Connect if you have enabled sharing in your device settings. This data does not identify you personally and is used only to improve the app.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. Your tournament data is not transmitted to us or to any external server by the app.
7. Data Deletion
You can delete your data at any time by removing tournaments within the app or by uninstalling the app from your device. Uninstalling the app permanently deletes all tournaments stored in it.
8. Children's Privacy
The app is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.
