Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile application Numini ("the App"), developed and published by Metin Demirel, an individual developer based in Türkiye ("the Developer", "we", "us"). By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Important: Numini is an educational and entertainment app about numbers and numerology. Numerology is a cultural tradition, not a science. All characteristics, daily advice and predictions are provided for entertainment and self-reflection only, and must not be used as a basis for medical, financial, legal, psychological or other important decisions.

1. The service

Numini lets you calculate numbers based on your date of birth and name, read about the history, psychology and culture of numbers, and receive playful daily advice. The App runs on your device; the data you enter stays on your device and in your own iCloud account, as described in our Privacy Policy.

2. Entertainment purpose; no professional advice

The content of the App is provided for general information, education and entertainment purposes only. It does not constitute professional advice of any kind. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make. The Developer does not warrant that the content is accurate, complete or suitable for any particular purpose, and you acknowledge that numerology has no scientific basis.

You agree to use the App only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

The App offers optional in-app purchases that unlock additional content:

All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID account settings. Where a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Prices may change for new purchases; existing subscribers are notified as required by Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with its policies.

5. Intellectual property

The App, its design, the name "Numini", the Numini comet mascot, and its original text content are owned by the Developer and protected by applicable law. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or content beyond using the App as intended.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free or that any results obtained will meet your expectations.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App or its content. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Changes to the App and Terms

We may update, change or discontinue features of the App, and may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the [CITY] Courts and Execution Offices of Türkiye. This does not affect mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
