Privacy Policy

In short: Numini does not collect your data. Everything you enter stays on your device and, if you use it, in your own private iCloud account. The developer has no access to it and cannot see it.
This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile application Numini ("the App", "we", "us") handles information. The App is developed and published by Metin Demirel, an individual developer based in Türkiye ("the Developer"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Who is responsible

2. What information the App uses
To calculate your numbers, the App asks you to enter:
- Your name, surname and (in some languages) patronymic;
- Your date of birth.
This information is used solely on your device to perform numerology calculations and to display your results. It is not transmitted to the Developer and is not sent to any analytics, advertising or third-party server operated by the Developer.
3. Where your information is stored
All data you enter (your profile and your saved history in the "My Numbers" section) is stored:
- locally on your device; and
- if you are signed in to iCloud and have it enabled, in your private iCloud database, which Apple synchronizes between your own devices.
The Developer cannot access your private iCloud data. iCloud synchronization is provided by Apple and is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. If you are not signed in to iCloud, the App works fully offline and stores data only on the device.
4. We do not collect or share data
The Developer does not collect, store on its own servers, sell, rent, or share your personal information. The App contains no third-party advertising SDKs and no third-party analytics that identify you. Because the Developer does not collect your data, there is nothing on our side to disclose, sell, or hand over to third parties.
5. Purchases (Numini Premium)
The App offers optional in-app purchases (an annual subscription and a one-time lifetime purchase) that unlock additional educational content. All payments and purchase verification are handled by Apple through the App Store. The Developer does not receive or store your payment details (such as card numbers). The App only learns whether your Premium access is active. Purchases are subject to Apple's terms.
6. Children
The App is designed to be friendly and age-appropriate and is not directed at collecting information from children. Since no data is collected by the Developer, no personal data of children is gathered. If the App is used by a minor, all entered data remains on that user's device under the same conditions described above.
7. Your rights
Because your data lives on your own device and in your own iCloud account, you are in direct control of it at all times. You can:
- edit or delete your profile and history inside the App;
- delete the App, which removes its local data from the device;
- manage or delete iCloud data through your device's iCloud settings.
Under Türkiye's Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (KVKK), and where applicable other data-protection laws, you have rights regarding personal data. Since the Developer does not hold your data, such requests are fulfilled directly by you through the controls above. For questions, contact support@metindemirel.tr.
8. Entertainment notice
Numini is an educational and entertainment application about the history, psychology and culture of numbers. Numerology is a cultural tradition, not a science. Content in the App is provided for general interest and entertainment purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
