Welcome to Hazinem support. Hazinem helps you memorize words in the language you are learning: build your own word lists or import them from Excel, then practise with flashcards that adapt to your progress. Everything stays on your device.

Frequently Asked Questions
How does Hazinem work?
You create word lists — either by adding words yourself or by importing them — and then practise them as flashcards. The app tracks your progress and adapts what it shows you as you learn.
My Excel import didn't work
Word lists imported from a file are processed entirely on your device. If an import does not come through as expected, check that your file matches the layout shown on the import screen in the app, that the file is not open in another program, and that it is a normal spreadsheet file rather than a protected or exported variant. If it still fails, email us the file and we will look at it.
Is my data private?
Yes. Hazinem stores your word lists, learning progress and settings directly on your device, and files you import are processed there too. The app does not require an account and does not ask for your name, email address or phone number in order to function. Your lists and progress are not transmitted to us or to any external server.
What happens to my lists if I change or lose my device?
Your lists live on the device. Because we never receive them, we cannot recover them for you. If a list took effort to build, keep the source file you imported it from.
How do I delete my data?
Remove individual word lists within the app, or uninstall the app from your device to delete everything it has stored.
